Interview process was fairly easy, talking to the recruiters via phone then zoom. Once done we scheduled a in office interview with about 3 people from the team that I would be working closely with. I was fairly confident post interview but was ultimately denied the position as they wanted someone who is forklift certified (was not part of the job description on Linkedin) and was told that they gave the position to another person with that certification. I was going to leave it at that as I accepted that it was just a certification issue but saw that they posted the same position again a few days later. Left a really nasty taste in my mouth.
