Extremely odd "interview" process. I received a phone call after business hours and did not answer. A message was left stating they were following up on my application, and if I can give a call back to schedule an interview. I was then sent an email saying the same thing and asking to respond with three times I am available for an interview. The next morning I returned the phone call. No answer and could not leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. I responded to the email after that. Later that day I got a call back and turns out this call was the actual "interview". Just out of no where asking me questions over the phone. What happened to scheduling an interview? I answered everything, and followed up next day with a thank you email. Ghosted after that.
