My interview process with Care UK was one of the most positive I’ve experienced. I was contacted by kirsty who asked questions over the phone covering all aspects of reassurance she needed to ensure i was the right candidate for the home. On my arrival for a face to face interview with the home manager claire I was greeted warmly, the atmosphere in the home immediately stood out clean, organised, and very welcoming. As I was shown around, I observed staff who were not only professional but clearly happy in their roles. There was laughter, teamwork, and a real sense of pride in the care they provide. There was singing entertainment whilst walking round and could feel how the resident felt at home. There were lots of smiles, singing and overall good hospitality. The interview itself felt supportive and conversational, allowing me to speak openly about my experience. Overall, the visit gave me a strong sense of Care UK’s values and the positive culture within the home.
