Also, you will have to complete on the spot writing exercises. They will give you the topic right before you start, there is no way to prepare, just know that you're going to have to give an on the spot writing sample with a 30 minute time limit. The people who interview you will be casual about the interview, it's a casual environment, but they are specific about what they are looking for, so be on point at all times during the interview.
