First, the company requires you to complete a time-consuming assignment as part of your application to even be considered. Then, once you are considered, you'll begin a lengthy and energy-intensive interview process that consists of 3 interviews PLUS a test project. Communication is nearly non-existent throughout the process, which is particularly disrespectful and unprofessional considering the time and energy they require of potential candidates. This confirms my theory that companies who require assignments upfront are waiving a giant red flag. Please, show some respect for candidates' time. We are just as much interviewing you as you are interviewing us, and your lack of professionalism and consideration shows.
