First stage was with recruiter. Then one online interview with the potential direct reporting manager. 3rd round was a face to face interview with the senior manager. The interviews seemed to went well and the hiring managers sounded pretty positive. Writing in here to reflect the recruitment time frame. HR approached me on LinkedIn. Upon agreeing to the interview, HR only scheduled a online interview 3 weeks later. After one week plus of meeting the senior manager in person, there's still no response from the HR. Texted the HR and yet no reply. Basically being ghosted. The hiring managers were friendly and polite. However the recruiter was not very professional thus it did not end up being a good interview experience at all.
