I submitted a resume and then was asked to take an online assessment to determine work style. It took about 10 minutes to complete. After doing that, I was asked to interview. I had 2 interviews. On the first interview, I toured the office, interviewed with and later had lunch with the CEO. I learned a lot about the company and was given a lot of time to share my history and career goals. The second interview was with 2 other members of the executive leadership team. Last, I was offered the opportunity to attend their annual holiday party, where I met everyone who worked for the company. The company was very welcoming and the interview process was actually enjoyable.
