Phone interview followed by a skill set project test via email. Followed up with on-site interview with internal customer and management team. Interview was relaxed, but very professional. Once it was established I was a seasoned professional, questioning became much more specific and problem/solution focused. Was pretty sure I had the job at the end of the interview. Received offer next day and accepted. Started work 2.5 weeks later.
