**Application Process:** I applied through a job platform and was soon contacted by the recruiter for a discussion about my experience. After the initial conversation, the recruiter scheduled a technical round with the Lead DevOps at the company. **First Round (Technical Interview with Lead DevOps):** The interview began with questions about my experience, followed by more in-depth technical questions about system architecture. The interviewer asked about system design and how I would tackle certain architectural challenges in a DevOps environment. The round was comprehensive but not overwhelming. To my surprise, I received feedback and was informed that I had passed within 30 minutes. **Second Round (Scripting Interview):** The second round was scheduled on the same day, which was unexpected but exciting. This round consisted of scripting problems, and I was able to solve all the questions. Again, I received feedback within 30 minutes that I had passed the round. **Third Round (Interview with DevOps Director):** The third round focused on Kubernetes and related technologies. The interviewer asked in-depth questions on the subject, and I was able to answer all of them confidently. In this round, I was given the option to either attend the this round in person or virtually. I chose to visit the office for the fourth round. **Fourth Round (Interview with Engineering Director):** The final round was more conversational, focusing on my experience and how I would fit into the role. It seemed like a cultural fit check, and I felt confident throughout. After the interview, I was informed that I had been selected for the role. **Overall Experience:** The interview process was thorough and well-structured, with each round progressively assessing both technical skills and cultural fit. The recruiter was very supportive throughout, answering my questions promptly and keeping me updated at every step. Despite the multiple rounds, the process felt transparent and fair, with respectful and encouraging interviewers. The quick feedback loops helped me stay focused and motivated.
