I applied for multiple jobs at Paragon. At least 4 different jobs. I had experience for all the positions except one of them. They brought me in to interview for the one job I didn’t have experience in and that’s it. The interview process was very weird and very uncomfortable. I went in to talk to the supervisor for an hour face to face. After 20 minutes the interview was over and we had to just sit there until the time was up. Then I did individual interviews with 2 other people on the phone. I sat in a conference room and called the director and manager on a cell phone to do my interview, this was while they were busy with other things so there was so much background noise and other side conversations that it was impossible to hear what they were saying. Then they were asking very weird questions and they don’t want you to give them examples of what you would do in the situations they asked about they want specific story time of yourself in these weird situations that have probably never happened so you just have to make up a random story off the top of your head because they will reword and reword the question and continuously force you to answer it until you tell them what you want. Worst interview I have ever done, should have just walked out after the first 10 minutes. I was there for 2 hours.
