I found the listing for part-time loan assistant on my former school website, so I turned in my resume and the cover letter. Received a call two day later, extremely basic questions, was scheduled for the 2:1 interview. The person-to-person interview it self was basic I think. Talking about yourself, about your previous experience was and everything related to the position. Next was a simply balance sheet and was told to write about my weaknesses and strengths, an essay... Lastly, I was given the computer test. I was told to replicate some of their corporate documents in Excel and Words, which was extremely difficult for me since I had no experience with any of these. I felt like the skills and the requirements described on the ad was very different from what they told me in person.

1. Initial phone interview with HR for an hour (HR contacts reference list before the interview for initial screening) 2. Computer/email etiquette test via link 3. In-person interview The whole procedure took less than a month.
