Sent invitation email 1 week before interview
Informed candidate there will be
1. task/ assessment &
2. Panel interview with Dept Head & Line Manager
Data & Case analysis task will be given to you and you are requested to present your work in 1.5 hr
Panel interview mainly about your past experience, career aspiration, managerial style
1 round of Online interview – it is recorded and you have to talk in front of the camera. Then, 1 round of Interview conducted by DA & HR- mainly focus on deck present, experience sharing
First is video interview, then panel interview. There’s a presentation for panel interview which will give you four days to prepare. The whole process takes around two and a half months.

first round is video interview, after that they will ask you to prepare a presentation deck and then they will invite you to present in person. The questions are normal.
