There are several detailed tests to pass however, if they like you they will make sure you pass. Food test, table test, alcohol test, computer test. 3 shifts of following, 3 of being followed, 1 busser, 1 expo, 1 host. All training pays minimum wage & there is still a chance of not making it to the schedule
