Interview was scheduled by their HR. 1. I had a conversation regarding experience, salary expectation etc. 2. Got called to the office for face to face interview. 3. 1st round was with the COO of the company, basic behavioral questions (slightly disliked it because of her constant reference to people working in MNC as unskilled and untalented) but anyways, then was only one questions on MAP. 4. Discussion with the CEO about my stack and architecture I was working on. 5. A pairing round to develop an end to end API 6. Was asked to share documents for review and was issued an offer. NOTE: I declined due to their slow response and inflexible behavior on the sub par compensation that was offered.
