The recruiter conducted an excellent interview, where we had a great conversation and I felt optimistic about the next steps. However, after that, they completely disappeared and I haven't received any feedback or response, which has been quite disappointing.

Skype call with the Recruiter + white board interview with hiring manager + white board interview with the director and after that I received an offer. All the interviews were about cloud architecture.

The process consisted of 3 interviews. First, an interview with the recruiter going over my resumé to ensure I had the relevant experience. Then two technical interviews where I had to design a cloud-based system using AWS components, providing trade-offs and explaining my decisions during the conversation with recruiter, Straightforward, but definitely not easy as the recruiters were deeply well-versed in the domain, and had very apt questions about the solution. The process was transparent, humane, and fair. Feedback for each step was provided very fast, so I wasn't left in the dark.
