Poor experience overall. The HR recruiter called me to set up a phone interview and then never called during the scheduled time. The recruiter called me 5 days later and mentioned they were sick and out of office (I would have appreciated a call or email from someone else) We set up a new time for the interview and she ended up calling an hour early. The phone interview was very odd, she asked me nothing about my experience or credentials but very generalized questions which have very little relevance to the position. The recruiter knew almost nothing about the position or department.
