Was disqualified after the HR screening interview; very unprofessional conversation - the recruiter had not reviewed the resume prior to the call, and discussed my educational experience while asking about professional experience (assumed I worked at the university). When I corrected on the mistake, I was told my resume wasn't properly built and I should review it before applying for roles - I checked the document (pdf file, not word file) and apologized even though it wasn't my mistake. I am actively looking for roles but had decided not to proceed further after that call.
