After introductions, I sat down with two interviewers and they proceeded to ask me questions about what I knew about Celestica. Then, they proceeded to ask other theory and scenario questions. I stumbled on some questions, but they helped me by clarifying the question and filling me in on the context.

Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a virtual panel interview with current interns and managers (5 panellists total). Asked around 4-5 behavioural questions in the preliminary phone screen.

3 Rounds of interviews, HR, Team Lead, Managing Director.
Then offer was received shortly after the 3rd interview.
Signed on and continued with employment for a 16 month internship in Engineering
