After a phone interview, I was taken on a site tour and shown around along with the other applicants. Then I went through a series of 30 minute interviews (3 of them).

Was in a group of 5 and we all were interviewed separately by three different individuals in managerial positions. They were very accommodating, offered a friendly and comfortable environment, and asked appropriate questions.
