In the beginning, everything was great and fast too. 2 Interviews: - The first one was very straightforward and the most pleasant job interview I have ever had. My HR-Manager Carolin was great and it felt like talking with a good friend. - The 2nd interview was a bit more formal but especially Massimiliano gave me some great questions and I really liked his positive attitude and that he gave me logical reasons for any opinion he had so that I was able to follow his flow of thoughts. Because of internal issues, no headcounts were available anymore resulting in a missing result. I had to wait and wait ... Nevertheless, Carolin supported me throughout the entire process, and every time I had a respective question I would get a helpful and understanding answer from her.
