I was going through multiple interviews with different companies and Celonis’ process was by far the most streamlined and professional. I had a total of 4 interviews that everyone was on time for even though it was their end of quarter. The internal recruiter was very communicative and made the process as easy on me as she could. I felt comfortable being transparent with the recruiter about what was going on with my other interviews and offers. Ultimately, I selected Celonis as my next step in my career and the interview process set the tone for a great start!

The Celonis interview process was very straightforward, and it was not complicated. Celonis places an emphasis on references, which is much appreciated from a candidate perspective. Celonis also moved quickly by delivering a written offer letter shortly after providing a verbal offer.
