The Celonis interview process was concise and all parts of the interview process had meaning. There was an initial screening, behavioral round, and a final data challenge that included demo and presentation. Everyone who interviewed me was kind and the interview team was supportive and responsive throughout the process. The data challenge did take a fair amount of time, though the interview team was transparent that it may take this time, and it was achievable given this transparency. Overall, the process was enjoyable and gave me a good idea of what the role would actually include.
