Meiner Meinung nach der beste hiring Prozess den ich erfahren durfte. Sehr schnelle und klare Kommunikation über den Ablauf des Prozesses mit HR. Top hiring Team und strukturierte Cases. Man merkt, dass hier viel Zeit in die Talentauswahl und vor allem Fit zur Kultur gesteckt wird.

entrevista con el equipo/jefes que es un reto/presentation que tienes que preparar y despues un roleplay. El reto consiste en buscar empresas y contactos que son buen canditados para trabajar juntos. El roleplay consiste en llamar en frio a un CEO y intentar vender a Celonis.
