      It was a mixed experience. At the beginning, it was a bit dehumanizing that, instead of calling or doing a quick online meeting, they asked you to fill out a detailed form with your previous experience. It was OK as it was not too time-consuming. The first interview was great, she was very approachable, and useful as she helped me prepare for the interview process with great tips. However, the interview with the sort of hiring manager (the position didn't report to her but she wanted to be part of the process) was very unpleasant. The person arrived late and I felt in a constant rush. There were a few gaps between what was in the Job Description and what they were telling me about the position. It looked like a TA PM + reporting role but now it was about working with their RPOs and ensuring they fill the roles. I was asked about how to have an impact on the way they work and source people... The person looked bit burned out and was interested in handing over boring tasks... I've seen other feedback about the same position and they keep reposting it on LinkedIn... At least, the recruiter did offer me helpful feedback afterward

Which ATS do you have experience working with (please note the number of years experience against each).
