Interview process started with a recruiter screening, followed by a few standard behavioral interviews to meet members of the team.
The bulk of the interview process is a take home case study, in which you utilize the Celonis platform & tools to draft a mock presentation for a prospective client. There is a small amount of training required in order to get up to speed, and in total I would say I spent 12 hours on the case.
Following the case, I interviewed with the leadership team which again was mostly standard behavioral questions.

The interview process expected you breakdown and understand their extremely complicated platform to the letter, (which has around 80+ hours of training) within a week and expects the interview to be the master of it with in 5 days.

The interview process was smooth, and the recruiter took the time to thoughtfully address all of my questions. Celonis maintained a quick response time throughout, and communication was consistently clear and transparent. I felt comfortable and well-informed at every stage of the process, and it was evident that the recruiters genuinely cared about the candidate experience.
