Firstly, I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to engage with Celonis team and the effort that goes into the interview process. I dedicated over 20 hours to prepare thoroughly for the challenge interview phase, which I found to be an invaluable learning experience. However, I encountered a couple of challenges that I believe could be addressed for future candidates. My challenge interview was postponed twice, and during the first rescheduling, there was no attendance from the interviewers despite my waiting for over 20 minutes. This left me feeling uncertain about the process and somewhat discouraged. I was grateful to receive positive feedback regarding my performance during the challenge interview, which highlighted my comprehensive and well-structured responses. I was also excited to hear that I would be contacted for a subsequent interview. However, I have since not received any further communication, which has left me feeling quite disappointed.
