I applied to this position in September 2024. They scheduled an interview with a recruiter February 2025. The recruiter told me I was through to the next round and then ghosted me. They then reposted the job a few weeks later. For a company that references its early careers program, this felt very unprofessional.

Round 1 was 30 minutes with recruiter.
Round 2, Had to understand and review process explorer in less than 1 week then a 45 minute interview. Very long process and only went through 2 rounds. 4 total rounds if you get through.

It was well paced but I was not expecting as many questions as were asked on the recruiter call itself, it made me question how much more would be asked in the next 5-6 rounds
