I applied for a role in Spain via a referral link.  The first stage interview involved somebody from the recruitment team bragging about: 1) That they normally hire people from big tech companies (e.g. IBM, Amazon, Microsoft, etc) - with the intent to discourage me by all means. 2) That they prefer hire candidates already inside Spain, even though the job advert states they offer relocation support (not that I needed help). Despite that, many of their product designers came from design agencies and startups - the type of companies not recognized globally.  The experience was overall disgusting, repulsive, and the interviewer was rude and discriminatory, especially when they realized my nationality. 

During the workshop step of the interview for Celonislab, I presented a challenge and spent a lot of time preparing for it. However, I encountered some issues as none of the interviewers were familiar with the design process. They didn't seem to understand that I was looking for guidance and answers during the presentation, which resulted in a lot of confusion and wasted time. Unfortunately, before I could finish the process, the interviewers abruptly ended the interview and laughed at me without any explanation. Overall, it was one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had (I have done such a workshop/challenge many times in my career life and I am totally familiar with it). I plan to share my experience in an honest and objective manner. I will provide constructive feedback that may help the company improve their hiring process in the future. It's important for me to avoid using overly emotional language on the interviewers, as this could detract from the credibility of my review. In summary, while my interview experience at this company was unpleasant, I'm grateful to have moved on and received several offers from other companies. My review on Glassdoor will hopefully assist other job seekers in making an informed decision about whether this company is the right fit for them
