All the people that I talked to during the process were friendly and helpful. The majority of the interview process revolves around a challenge which they estimate will take applicants 6-12 hours to complete. If you have never used Celonis' software, it will be closer to 12. You need to understand their software on a deep level to complete the project. Be prepared to do multiple interviews plus the project and not get the role. I was informed that they would not be presenting me with an offer after I completed their project. Also, throughout the interview process I learned that this position is a lot more sales-oriented than initially presented. I'd recommend that the job postings reflect this more. The one that I applied for emphasized data analyst and industrial engineering skills when, in reality, this is a high-value software sales role demonstrating Celonis' software to potential customers.

4-5 rounds. Tedious and time consuming but genuinely gets you to learn their product. But once again, super time consuming. Prep aside, the entire thing stretched for over a month
