Very professional and not only wanted to get to know me as a possible canidate but were truly interested in describing their company. I was interviewed by multiple workers at once but it never felt overwhelming

They scheduled an interview but after a week, or so, called it off and offered me a position.
CAPS is a pretty relaxed work environment so for cases where interviews are needed I would expect them to be alright as well.
