I applied through a recruiting agency and couple of days later they asked me for a phone interview with one of their technical recruiters which took place around mid February. About a week after that I got an email asking me to briefly elaborate on my experience with Java and Java Application Servers (Tomcat). Overall the phone interview was pretty straight forward and they do their best to provide you with all the information they can. The interviewer took her time to explain a lot of things about their company and how things work on their Devops team ( They call it Platform Specialist!) Everything seemed to be going well and then all of the sudden they went silent for about 3 weeks! and finally they decided not to proceed! It seems applicants time is not of much value to them!
