The interview process was professional, but the male interviewer could have been more polite. However, they spent a significant amount of time getting to know me, so that was encouraging.

Guesstimates and Case Interview about learning outcomes in govt schools
Online, video based and psychometric eval, followed by case study, L2 interview and then HR. It is a long process, takes about 3 weeks. In the technical interview your depth of skills are tested. The earlier interviews are to check culture and organisation fit.

The communication during the hiring process is quite delayed. You have to constantly reach out to HR to seek results of the first round and later reach out to schedule the next one. No Feedback provided. After talking to several people, nobody understood why they were rejected during the interviews.
