Recruitment seems more focused on hitting their numbers than actually evaluating candidates. I was completely ghosted. It felt like they were just checking boxes to meet some internal quota without any regard for professionalism or respect for the candidates' time. If their recruiting team operates this poorly, I can only imagine what it’s like to actually work there. Definitely dodged a bullet!
