Colloquio
There was two interviewers: the person who has been contacting me and the project leader. They asked me more questions about me school works, and things like how would I adapt it in a mobile game setup. The interview was mostly in Chinese, I used English words when explaining technical terms and they were ok about it.

Colloquio
Century Games truly has a unique hiring process. My first interview was, unsurprisingly, not about my skills or expertise, but rather a personality test—because, apparently, they can determine my entire professional worth from that alone. It’s almost as if the HR department has taken on the role of career counselor, more interested in telling me what I lack than explaining why their company would be a great fit for me. Such a refreshing twist on recruitment, right?
I went into the interview hoping to learn about opportunities, but it seems their main priority was to convince me of my supposed 'inexperience'—despite the years I’ve spent in the field. Judging by this approach, it feels like they’re more focused on downplaying people’s value than recognizing it. Perhaps it's a clever cost-cutting strategy disguised as "candidate evaluation." Well played, Century Games. Well played.
