I applied through different platforms (e.g. Jobstreet, JobsDB) and I think that they took me in through Jobstreet(?). Anyway, their HR mainly communicated with me via WhatsApp. I went for the interview at their Paya Lebar headquarters. There are two buildings and there were always unformed officers walking around, probably going for trainings or reporting to work venues. Actually, I applied for an Auxiliary Police Office position (APO) so I was very disappointed when the HR officer told me that they could only offer me a Security Officer position. He said under this COVID, all the APO positions have been reserved for citizens (all the way until December 2020). So, as I am a PR, he could only offered me a Security Officer position. I mean, as a university graduate, this treatment certainly does NOT match my qualifications. But what can I say right? I guess it is a blessing to even secure a job right now. Overall, I went for the interview in April and signed LOA in May. The entire process was quite fast. There was just a bit of a hiccup before signing LOA, because they sent me a WhatsApp message informing me that they would send me details about LOA signing. End up they forgot about me or something lol? I waited for over a week, still no news. It was only I asked their HR then they sent me the details.

Didn't even turn up in time, waited an hour then left. very unprofessional. so i chose to find other places instead. the guy who called was very unrepentant. completely wasted my time
