Process was easy. Met with recruiter, hiring manager, 2 'general managers'. Overall 4, 45 min conversations. Pay was lower than market, and there seemed like there was no negotiation there. Asking for 5k more even was a no. Gave it a shot anyway, cause why not. Team seemed nice, friendly, down to earth. Interviews went pretty well, but was surprised with the rejection. Really would have appreciated some honest feedback on why the rejection happened. It's a shame when you do invest 3-4 hours worth of time into an interview and get a generic email back.
