3-step process with screening interview, then second round with store/regional manager, then follow up third interview with market manager. 2nd round interview was a big waste of time - met at the office location, after a short wait an associate manager (?) called me up and told me he'd show me one of the locations. I followed his car for 20-25 minutes to a Costco across town, there he showed me their kiosk and then explained the advancement process, asked me a few more questions and offered to answer my questions - all in all this took maybe 7-10 minutes and that was it! What a waste of time and gas - if you've seen a Costco before - the 10 minute secondary interview could have taken place at the office.. Also, the job wasn't right for me, so I called it quits after the second interview.
