Everyone starts as a temp. You go through orientation and teach you how to do the job. If you do a good job you go full time in about 3 months.

Average. The questions were straight forward and easy to answer. Tbe best part about it all was tbe great people who interviewed me. Tbe HR department is fantastic. Tbe people are great. My coworkers are amazing.
