Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Charles River Associates (Washington, DC) nel mese di ott 2016
Colloquio
First round was on campus with an alumnus and another analyst, very behavioral. Asked questions about my resume, experiences, and interest in the company. Overall relaxed and fun.
Second round was at the DC office for a superday with ~8 other interview candidates, consisting of 6 or so back to back interviews. Once again the focus was behavioral, they seemed to really be focused on fit. Lots of questions about data, interest in economic consulting, and past experience. NO CASES, which is atypical for the industry.

Domanda 1
What is an economic concept that you live by?
What data would you need to collect to make this model work? (in reference to a model I explained learned in class)
Tell me about a data-intensive project that you've worked on in school?

Two technical interviews, with example real world scenarios. Real world scenarios could be BEC, ransomware, or dead-box forensics. Then, two "personality/vibe" interviews, where they asked about how you handle failure, difficult or new scenarios, and what your work approach is.

There are two rounds of interview for incoming analysts, One with two juniors, fairly quick and not technical. There was also a second interview with 4 rounds, each of which was with a more senior level person

Smooth. 2 rounds of interview. A lot of questions surrounding research experiences and data processing. Not too many technicals. Many fit questions as well. Generally not difficult and got back to me pretty fast.
