Phone interview by the recruiter, followed by onsite- 30 min presentation followed up by a panel interview (7-8 person). presentation was on topic of your interest. Interview experience was good. a lot of behavioral questions were asked.

Interview process included a screening interview, 1 interview with the hiring manager, and a final panel interview. The panel ended up having to split into two sessions because of time zone difficulties but is normally one round. The recruiter was remarkably well informed and the recruiting team was easy to schedule with.

Das Einstellungsverfahren bestand aus 2 Gesprächen: 1 mit dem Abteilungsleiter und HR, 2 mit den Kollegen der Abteilung. Auf Grund der Pandemie-Bedingungen fanden beide Gespräche per Teams-Meeting statt. Das erste Gespräch war ein "klassisches" Vorstellungsgespräch mit Vorstellung und Fragen zur Person. Das zweite Gespräch war ein lockerer Austausch.
