Very detailed interview process. Started with an in depth phone interview and then an in-person interview with two team leads. They were very friendly and maintained a professional demeanor during the entire interview. Questions during the in-person interview were fairly structured but I felt I had the opportunity to elaborate on my qualities and skills. Overall, I enjoyed the interview process.

Phone interview, 2nd phone interview, take the Sifma test, in person interview. By the 2nd phone interview, have some basic market knowledge and some company history. Look up the Sifma online before the test (not much to study). Wear a suit and look good for the in person interview (even though you wont need to worry much about appearance after the interview).
