3 phone calls. (All of my interviews were by phone since I was out of the country) Through an employee referral, I had an initial conversation with one of the local branch managers. A few weeks later, I had an interview with a recruiter. I thought it went very well but did not hear from anyone for a while. After reaching out, the recruiter gave me a different location option, which I declined. About a month later, I was contacted by another local branch manager. I had a phone interview and was offered the position that same day. At points, I felt like there was a lack of communication, but overall a very positive experience speaking with each individual.
