Spent an hour with the recruiter who went through the drill and asked me the standard "fit" questions. After that I was connected with the hiring manager who engaged with me for an hour, and then promised to get back in a couple of weeks with next steps for an on-site interview. I never heard from them after that. Followed up a few times and even sent some relevant content to the hiring manager for their specific need. Just plain rude. I wouldn't want to work for an organization where clearly a culture of lying permeates from HR to hiring managers.
