I applied to Schwab Intern Academy in technology services. The lead recruiter asked me to schedule an interview through a scheduling tool (which I did promptly). After not hearing back for nearly two weeks, I emailed him back to check the status of the interview (which was set for the following week). Five days later, he responded and promised that he found someone to interview me. The next day he proposed alternate times to interview. I never received a call at the set time (the lead recruiter's excuse when I followed up was that there were on-site interviews that came up that day). A week later, I finally had my phone interview. The person who interviewed me was completely unprepared and did not seem interested at all. By that point, neither was I.
