I submitted an application online for the position and received an email a day later regarding setting up a phone interview. I asked several questions to the recruiter that she was unable to answer. I found it odd that the recruiter did not know much about the position at all. My next interview was a week later with 3 managers. This was the worst part of the experience. I asked multiple questions where they either passed the question on to the next person. They all gave me their background work history and neither of them was really tenured in their role. After all of my questions, I still felt that I did not get a complete understanding of what I would be doing in my role. It gave me a rather bad vibe on the team as a whole. I knew this was the department I would not want to work in.

All STAR format questions. Behavioral. They want to know how you would handle a certain situation. They want to know if you challenged the status quo, whether you have ever had to give poor feedback to a colleague and how they reacted, whether your manager ever provided you feedback that you disagreed with, etc.
