Over the course of a couple of months, I met with a recruiter, hiring manager, potential teammate, and executive. Interviews were all video conferences after the initial recruiter screen. I was asked to describe my work experience, answered a variety of competency-based interview questions, and dive into how I would handle certain work-related situations. One of my interviews was a presentation on a pre-selected topic.
