The process started with a phone screening with the recruiter where she not only wanted to make sure I was a fit for the role, but basic company fit too. The following week I had my first interview and received feedback by end of same day advising I was moving forward to the next step. The second interview occurred Friday of the same week, again with feedback coming from the recruiter pretty quickly after. The next day (Saturday) I received call and offer.
