Pretty standard interview process: 1st phone interview was about 30-45 minutes with a recruiter. You will go over your resume, your understanding of the role, and why you are applying to this role. Generic behavioral questions that go by pretty quick. 2nd interview was a WebEx interview with 2-3 people. This interview will last slightly longer - around 1hour or so. Behavioral questions as well, review of the last interview, and you will get a little more insight to the role itself from these interviewers. Lots of behavioral/situational questions about your experience with customers and how you problem-solve. They will send you an email before this interview with things to review including a pre-recorded call you'll need to listen to. Go over all of it and you'll be fine! Read the transcript to the recorded call as well as it has slightly more information on there that may be useful to answer the questions they'll ask you about it.
