I was pleasantly surprised. I had my first interview with a recruiter that was about 30 mins. Then I was set up with the hiring manager for a 30 min interview. Then I had an hour long interview with the entire time I would have been joining, which I really appreciated. I started interviewing around the holidays but still got through the whole process in less than a month. I actually haven't heard back yet and just had the final interview today but I had such a pleasant time starting from Austin in HR - very responsive, never ghosted me - and ending with the folks on the team - great group of people, laughed and clearly worked well together - that I wanted to throw a review out before it slips my mind.
