The interview process was fast 2 rounds, had my first round with the director and second with the team lead, and got an offer after my second round of interviews.

Very basic. The focus was more on Agile methodologies and less on Leadership and influence. I tried to reach out to the recruiter after the interview for 2 weeks . No response from them. I had to go to two different building and the candidate experience was terrible.
